Feras Naser is a prominent global figure known for his leadership,\u00a0scientific contributions,\u00a0and innovation.\u00a0He is the founder of the Co-Innovation Movement and has published over 35 books,\u00a0approximately 22 university courses,\u00a0more than five musical albums,\u00a0and numerous innovative websites.\u00a0He holds a Master’s degree in Railways from the University of Birmingham in the UK and is a registered patent holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The core distinguishing feature of the Co-creation Movement’s work today is the Co-cocreation Program 101-104,<\/strong>\u00a0which we aim to generalize across universities worldwide.\u00a0The Co-creation Program 101-104 is characterized by its ability to integrate students with a set of tools,\u00a0including Artificial Intelligence tools,\u00a0to build startups or deliver services in a novel way.\u00a0Consequently,\u00a0it is capable of training large groups of students who can actively interact with and continuously develop their local regions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feras Naser observed,\u00a0albeit indirectly,\u00a0that many Jordanian youth,\u00a0both domestically and abroad,\u00a0are not engaged in the development of their local areas,<\/strong>\u00a0in contrast to some other young people.\u00a0They often lack a sense of regional ownership,\u00a0which Feras Naser terms\u00a0local-level leadership<\/strong>.\u00a0Following the incident that led to the destruction of his website,\u00a0Feras Naser decided to dedicate one year of his time to developing local leaders by building a local leadership model<\/strong> that can be generalized across different regions within the Kingdom and globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feras Naser aims to bring a collection of ideas related to smart cities,\u00a0the Co-Cocreation Movement,\u00a0and digitalization to the Shafa Badran area.\u00a0He also aspires to create a multinational community and to transform Shafa Badran into a city like or even better than Dubai,\u00a0establishing it as a model city for developing smart city concepts.\u00a0The city is intended to become a renaissance base for many cities and regions around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially,\u00a0Feras Naser renamed the Shafa Badran area to\u00a0Feras Naser \u2013 Shafa Badran City<\/strong>,\u00a0following the tradition of cities that serve as the birthplaces of thinkers,\u00a0writers,\u00a0scientists,\u00a0and politicians.\u00a0As a first phase,\u00a0Feras Naser will work over several months to transform Feras Naser \u2013 Shafa Badran City into a cultural city,\u00a0similar to Stratford-upon-Avon in the UK.\u00a0Subsequently,\u00a0he will seek to have the city registered with UNESCO as a site of human history,\u00a0which is expected to bring some additional tourism to the region.\u00a0In the long term,\u00a0Feras Naser will work with active partners to build a high-speed railway between Feras Naser \u2013 Shafa Badran City and Damascus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The high-speed railway project between Feras Naser \u2013 Shafa Badran City and Damascus is a strategic endeavor that will be part of the rail link project connecting the Gulf States to Turkey and Europe to India.\u00a0It is also a political project par excellence,\u00a0as it will provide a set of water and security solutions for the Jordanian state.\u00a0There appears to be a Chinese appetite and interest from sovereign wealth funds to invest in infrastructure projects,\u00a0particularly during promising political times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
