Are you a customer service professional looking for a rewarding, fully remote job opportunity? A premier Arizona agency is seeking dedicated Call Center Agents—with a preference for Spanish speakers but not required—to handle inbound inquiries regarding individual and business accounts. To qualify, you must live within one hour of Phoenix or Tucson, possess at least one consecutive year of recent, fast-paced call center experience, and have a reliable, hardwired internet connection. This position offers remote interviews, a comprehensive paid training program, and the exciting potential for future permanent employment.
Please note: Candidates must be able to attend a mandatory first-day orientation in person in Phoenix and maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Fully remote after 1st day orientation that is onsite.

Responsibilities
? Answering incoming phone calls in a fast paced environment
? Resolving Tier 1 level issues
? Reviewing taxpayer accounts
? Verifying, gathering and simultaneously updating key information
? Educating taxpayers of online resources and current tax policies
? Submitting requests for payment arrangements
? Documenting actions taken into multiple systems
? Participating in all team engagement activities
? Meeting performance expectations
