The Evergreen Center is a private non-profit organization that provides living and learning environments for children and adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities including autism, physical disabilities, neurobehavioral disorders, and other special needs. Additional Responsibilities:
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, counseling, psychology, social work, education administration, healthcare administration, or a related field required. Doctoral degree or current enrollment in a doctoral program preferred.
• BCBA certification and Massachusetts LABA licensure, or other independent clinical licensure such as LMHC, LICSW, licensed psychologist, or a comparable credential, preferred.
• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in leadership, clinical services, operations management, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and experience in a residential setting are both highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multidisciplinary programs, personnel, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and organizational operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals served, families, employees, senior leadership, governing bodies, regulatory agencies, public safety officials, and community partners.
• Strong leadership, professional judgment, problem solving, organizational, and decision making skills.
