A leading real estate development and property management firm with a high-profile mixed-use portfolio in downtown Nashville, is seeking a high-performing Commerical Property Manager with Sales Experience. This role focuses on driving membership activity and revenue growth for a premium flexible workspace within a iconic, 16-acre urban campus. The ideal candidate will blend strong sales instincts with top-tier relationship management to convert leads, engage brokers, and maintain high occupancy levels.
salary: $31.25 - $40.87 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Leasing & Revenue Growth: Drive sales of flexible private office spaces by conducting tours, managing the lead pipeline, securing renewals, and cultivating strong relationships with local brokers and corporate decision-makers.
- Local Marketing & Lead Generation: Partner with marketing teams to launch local campaigns, host networking events, and capture visual content (photos/staging) to drive continuous membership inquiries.
- Pipeline Metrics & Financial Tracking: Track key performance indicators—including conversion rates, occupancy trends, and revenue vs. targets—while assisting with basic monthly/quarterly budget projections and AR tracking.
- Client Retention & Space Standards: Ensure high member satisfaction through regular check-ins, prompt inquiry resolution, and hands-on oversight to keep the facility in constant tour-ready condition.
- Member Onboarding & Operations: Lead new client onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the community, while supporting daily space operations and special projects as needed.
