Overview: This Temporary Data Entry Position is supporting the Eddie Bauer Accounting and Finance team. The role requires data corrections and entry related to a new point of sale system implementation. The duration of this position is estimated to be three months with potential for extension based on business needs. Job Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Accounting, Accounts Payable and Inventory departments to review sales and inventory postings.
- Use various systems to review Sales and inventory activity.
- Perform sales and inventory adjustments as instructed.
- Ensure corrections are posted accurately.
- Work with Accounting Manager to solve system errors as they arise.
- Special projects upon request.
- Perform such other duties as directed by the Manager.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required, post-secondary training in accounting preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in International Treasury and Accounting preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States.
- Hybrid schedule is three days per week in the corporate office.
