About the Role:

Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations in Orange, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and staff coordination
• Manage dental billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable
• Recruit, train, and supervise front desk and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office policies and procedures
• Handle patient concerns and resolve complaints with professionalism and care
• Monitor office budgets, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports for the dentist/owner
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and appointment scheduling

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of dental office management or senior dental administrative experience
• Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and coding (CDT codes)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and financial reporting
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a busy environment
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration preferred
