Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in event coordination while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. * Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities. * Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance. * Organize event materials, displays, and promotional supplies. * Help coordinate event logistics and daily activities. * Gather attendee feedback to support future event improvements. * Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. * Represent the company professionally during promotional activities. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Strong attention to detail and reliability. * Adaptable, dependable, and customer-focused. * Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
