About Adaptiva

Adaptiva is a Gartner-recognized Leader in the Endpoint Management market.

We are a small, high-performance team, playing at the top end of this rapidly expanding market (TAM: $50B+, CAGR: 11%). Our customers include some of the world’s biggest and most respected companies, who rely on our technology to manage vast fleets of computers in their global environments. Our largest deployment scales to 450,000 devices in a complex worldwide network spanning 17,000 locations.

We provide a fast-paced and collaborative environment where driven, intellectually curious professionals come together to do the best work of their lives while growing quickly alongside the company.

Our success is fueled by a set of four core values: Integrity, Excellence, Work Ethic, and Dignity of Labor.

As we scale, we are expanding our team to bring our highly differentiated Agentic AI product suite to market, capitalizing on a significant first-mover advantage. For the right candidate, this represents a rare opportunity to help shape a category-defining company while accelerating their own professional trajectory.

We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including 100% company-paid health insurance, performance-based bonuses, a 401(k) retirement plan, and generous stock options that allow employees to participate in the company’s long-term success.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building intuitive user experiences, and delivering software that has a meaningful impact on some of the world’s largest enterprises.

As a Front-End Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade applications used by Fortune 500 organizations worldwide. Working closely with product managers, UX designers, back-end engineers, and QA specialists, you will help create modern, scalable, and highly responsive user interfaces for our award-winning solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with UX designers, back-end engineers, and QA teams to design and deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
  • Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks.
  • Translate product requirements and design specifications into elegant, user-friendly experiences.
  • Advocate for front-end best practices, code quality, performance optimization, accessibility, and usability.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends, applying innovative approaches where appropriate.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Take ownership of features and projects from concept through delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture focused on continuous improvement, learning, and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience developing modern web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (Angular 2+) and TypeScript.
  • Experience building complex, data-driven user interfaces and web applications.
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of front-end architecture, software design principles, and code maintainability.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with state management frameworks and modern front-end development patterns.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and front-end testing methodologies.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
  • Passion for creating intuitive, polished user experiences that delight customers.
