iRESTORE is seeking a GTM Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of product launches from development through market introduction and post-launch review. We're looking for someone with strong program management experience, sound operational judgment, and a clear understanding of how Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, CS/CX, Finance, and external partners come together to deliver a successful launch. This role serves as the central point of coordination for launch readiness and owns the operating cadence, systems, and processes that keep cross-functional teams aligned. The right candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable translating strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, dependencies, and accountability. This role sits within Operations, reports to the Chief Operating Officer, and collaborates closely with leaders and teams across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of product launches from development through go-to-market activation and post-launch review.
  • Build and manage integrated launch plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and readiness criteria.
  • Establish a consistent operating cadence for launches, including cross-functional meetings, status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation.
  • Lead launch discussions, surface blockers early, and drive clear ownership and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to ensure launch requirements are understood and completed on time.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaign timing, product positioning inputs, asset readiness, promotional plans, and launch sequencing.
  • Ensure Operations and Supply Chain are engaged early and prepared for inventory, fulfillment, packaging, logistics, and other launch requirements.
  • Support the development of the forward-looking product roadmap and translate approved priorities into executable plans.
  • Own ClickUp as the system of record for product launches, ensuring plans, decisions, documentation, and status updates remain current and accessible.
  • Standardize launch workflows, templates, reporting, and documentation across teams.
  • Maintain critical product and launch information, including SKU setup, item configuration, product specifications, dimensions, case packs, and required documentation.
  • Identify process, resourcing, and coordination gaps and implement improvements that support greater speed, consistency, and scale.
  • Lead post-launch reviews, document key learnings, and incorporate them into future launch planning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, go-to-market operations, product operations, or a related role.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional consumer product launches from development through market introduction.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market planning and how Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and logistics come together to support a successful launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, risks, and decisions across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear plans and milestones.
  • Experience establishing operating cadences, leading cross-functional meetings, and maintaining accountability across teams.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, launch readiness, and seasonal or portfolio planning.
  • Experience managing product and launch documentation, including SKU setup, item configuration, product specifications, and compliance-related requirements.
  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or a similar project and program management platform.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to create structure and maintain momentum in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-focused and commercially minded, with the ability to incorporate market, competitive, and customer insights into planning discussions.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • An AI-forward working style, with practical experience using AI to support planning, documentation, reporting, risk identification, or workflow automation.
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, health, wellness, or another consumer-products environment involving R&D, compliance, or supply-chain coordination is a plus.
