As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while ensuring client satisfaction. You will also play a vital role in promoting salon products and services to enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, Perm and treatments.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following all health and safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Utilize salon software to manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
Assist clients with product selection and provide recommendations based on their hair type and needs.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or equivalent certification for hair stylists/assistants.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in men's haircut, digital perm or brow dry for very curly hair are a plus.
Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the salon.
