Pay: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Full-time, year-round employment
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Occasional overtime available
Expected 40 to 50 hours per week

Assist licensed technicians with servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Support HVAC equipment installations and complete system change-outs
Assist with standby generator installations and service work
Learn HVAC diagnostics and basic electrical troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced technicians
Prepare job sites, organize materials, and maintain tools and equipment
Complete service documentation and maintain accurate work records
Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
Deliver professional customer service while representing the company in customers' homes and businesses
Travel to customer locations throughout Shawnee, OK, and the surrounding areas

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
HVAC certification or trade school education preferred, but not required
Previous HVAC, construction, mechanical, or skilled trades experience is a plus, but not required
Electrical experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with experienced technicians
Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
Ability to lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment, tools, and materials as required
Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
