Interim Treasury Analyst

Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking an Interim Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations during a temporary leave coverage period. 

This position is hybrid with in-office expectations in Austin, TX. Remote candidates will be considered; however, EST working hours are required. This role will last 3-4 months. 

Responsibilities:

• Execute recurring payments, settlement processes, and treasury transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support banking activities, including account maintenance, documentation updates, and coordination with financial institutions.
• Maintain treasury records, bank statements, supporting documentation, and related reporting files.
• Assist with cash management activities, account reconciliations, and transaction monitoring.
• Review transactions for discrepancies, unusual activity, and compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Support regulatory filings, account administration activities, and treasury-related reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners to resolve issues and support treasury initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement efforts related to treasury operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of accounting, treasury, finance, or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets and transaction reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, treasury operations, or cash management environments preferred.

• Office location and other geographic considerations; 
• Other business and organizational needs.
