This position is designed for someone who wants real training, real structure, and a specialty worth mastering.

The Role
You’ll move through a structured hands-on training program where you’ll learn:
• Consultation and client communication
• Professional smoothing treatment application
• Hair analysis and customization
• Luxury client experience standards
• Timing, efficiency, and technical precision
You won’t be thrown onto the floor and expected to figure it out alone. Training starts with observation and assisted work, then progresses into independent appointments as your skills grow.

Compensation
• Starting pay: $15/hr
• Pay increases tied to training milestones and skill progression
• Full training provided — no smoothing experience required

What We’re Looking For
• Active Massachusetts cosmetology license
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented
• Interest in mastering a specialty instead of trying to do everything
