Owns end-to-end delivery of the IDMC workstream for the S/4HANA go-live (Aug 2027): scope, schedule, risk, dependencies and escalations across LMV, SAP, BTP and infrastructure teams.
Leads the gated transition from the incumbent (KT exit criteria, run book sign-off).
Chairs weekly delivery review; represents HCL at monthly steering; owns the CR pipeline with declared schedule impact per change and the churn dashboard.
Accountable for milestone gates M1 M9, cutover execution and hypercare exit.
Strong client-facing presence; experience managing onsite/offshore teams of 10+; SOW/commercial governance experience essential.
