Role: MRI Technologist (ARRT)

Required

• Associate degree or higher.
• Radiology (1+ years)
  
   
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  
   
  • Meditech ITS – Imaging
  • Meditech MRI – Medical Records
• Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the state of New York (NY)
  
   
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  
   
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)

Overview:

This role offers an opportunity to work as an MRI Technologist performing advanced imaging procedures under the guidance of a Radiologist. You will use your technical skills to ensure patient safety and provide high quality diagnostic images. The position requires evening shifts and weekend work, ideal for candidates seeking a stable full-time role in a supportive environment. 

Key Responsibilities:  

● Perform various Radiology Services procedures at a technical level without constant supervision.
● Conduct a variety of imaging and documentation procedures including Radiology procedures.
● Apply prescribed ionizing radiation and/or MRI for radiologic diagnosis.
● Ensure patient safety protocols are followed.
● Serve as first line interface with customers to meet their imaging needs.
● Assist in the department of Radiology and support its functions.
● Prioritize patient care and deliver high quality imaging services.

Schedule and Shift Details:  

● Evening shift, 36 hours per week, weekends required
