As our Neurosurgeon, you will join our dynamic healthcare team at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, specializing in Endovasular Neurosurgery managing a wide variety of Endovascular cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Neurosurgeon, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of endovascular disorders, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
Position information. Seeking a fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon with strong clinical, surgical, interpersonal and communication skills. Case mix includes cranial, AVMs, aneurysm, interventional as well as surgical cases. The primary practice location will be in downtown Seattle. The new provider will be a key contributor and collaborator in the multi disciplinary care of Neurosurgery patients.
Team based approach . Our Neurosurgery team focuses on providing appropriate, compassionate, and multi-disciplinary state-of-the art care for our patients. We believe in advancing the field of neurosurgery through quality patient care, research, and education. The Neurosurgery team meets regularly for multidisciplinary conferences and clinics, fostering a team-based approach.

Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery
Endovascular fellowship training required
Active or eligible license in the state of Washington
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients a nd families
