Perform residential plumbing maintenance and preventative inspections throughout Monroe County and the surrounding counties, based out of Bloomington, Indiana
Inspect residential plumbing systems to identify maintenance needs and potential issues before they become major repairs
Perform routine plumbing maintenance and minor repairs to help homeowners maintain reliable plumbing systems
Clearly explain maintenance findings and recommended solutions to homeowners
Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and exceptional service
Complete accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan
Operate a take-home company vehicle while maintaining a clean, organized work environment
Follow company safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship
Participate in ongoing company-paid training while working toward obtaining your plumbing license

1 to 2 years of residential in-home plumbing maintenance experience
Willingness to attend plumbing school to obtain a plumbing license
Basic knowledge of residential plumbing systems and preventative maintenance
Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to learn and effectively use ServiceTitan
Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude
Comfortable performing the physical requirements of the position
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Honest, dependable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
