Requirements
• Native English speaker
• Relevant IB teaching experience is preferred
• Passionate about primary education and student-centered learning
Salary & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 23,000 RMB (before tax)
• Housing: Free on-campus accommodation or 2,000 RMB/month housing subsidy
• Flight Subsidy: 4,000 RMB/year
• Health Insurance: Provided
• Year-End Bonus: Included
• Paid Holidays:
• Winter Vacation: Full salary (2–3 weeks)
• Summer Vacation: Half salary (5–6 weeks)
