Job Description
Randstad has partnered with a Global firm to assist with finding the best professional for their open Project Admin opportunity. This role collaborates closely with the Divisional Project Management and Operations teams to ensure strict adherence to corporate standards and processes across all projects through meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry with this direct project support experience.
salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Manage month-end reconciliations, monthly/store material billing, accounts receivable collections, and AP selection reports for Finance.
- Process weekly Field and monthly Certified/OCIP payrolls while handling Accounts Payable invoicing through Concur.
- Prepare AIA Subcontracts, coordinate e-signatures via DocuSign, and assist with new job startups from project initiation through closure.
- Manage payment and performance bond requests and serve as the main point of contact for Willis Insurance requests.
- Deliver full administrative support across Construction, RF Shielding, and Radiation Shielding project teams, including assisting Finance with yearly audits.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Construction Industry experience
- Payroll and Billing experience
- Knowledge of and experience with Owner Controlled Insurance Program
- Adept with Autodesk, DocuSign, Concur, Ceridian, and AIA
