Project Manager position

This is a permanent, full time position that offers a great salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities :

• Balance time between office and job site.
• Manage projects from beginning to close out, ensuring projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget.
• Coordinate with building owners, general contractor, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, superintendents, and internal Sr-leadership/Project Management team .
• Manage schedules, budgets, change-orders, submit RFI’s.

Requirements :

• Currently working on large commercial mechanical (hvac or plumbing) construction projects: plan-spec, design-build, design-bid-build projects, among others.

• Large commercial project experience working on schools, hospitals, airports, highrises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others.
• Plumbing, Pipefitting, or Sheet Metal Apprenticeship, Journeyman Program.
• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or Construction Management.
• Software knowledge: OST (Quickpen/Trimble Accubid, Viewpoint, Quotesoft, or others), BlueBeam/Adobe, MS Project/Primavera, Procore, among others are a plus.
