What's the Opportunity?
RBC Capital Markets is the global investment banking arm of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). The real estate analyst position focuses on modeling and underwriting multifamily real estate transactions that generate investment tax credits. This position will assist in the pricing of transactions, preparing the financial model, analyzing potential risk and bidding transactions. In addition, the real estate analyst will assist in the closing of primarily multifamily investments, preparing sales and underwriting materials and evaluating due diligence. RBC Community Investments () is a leading national syndicator of real estate tax credit investments, including affordable housing and historic rehabilitations.
