What You'll Do as a Recruiter:

Recruiting & Hiring

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community events to promote career opportunities with zTrip.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding.
• Promote zTrip as an employer of choice in the local market.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.

Onboarding & New Hire Support

• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions.
• Assist candidates with employment paperwork and required documentation.
• Ensure new hires have the tools and information needed for success.
• Serve as a primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
• Educate new employees on company policies, procedures, and expectations.

Employee Engagement & Retention

• Build positive relationships with new and existing team members.
• Conduct follow-up communications to support employee success.
• Address concerns and connect employees with appropriate resources.
• Partner with operations and management teams to improve the overall employee experience.
• Support retention initiatives that encourage long-term success and satisfaction.
• Help foster a positive and professional workplace culture.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and retention results.
• Provide reports and updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with management to achieve staffing goals.
• Recommend improvements to recruiting and candidate engagement processes.

Qualifications of a Recruiter:

Preferred

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
