salary: $16.5 - $17 per hour

Responsibilities
- Member Outreach & Scheduling: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to engage members, explain program benefits, and coordinate/facilitate appointment scheduling.
- Records Management: Maintain meticulous, clear, and organized call documentation and records in tracking systems.
- Process Execution: Work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment to meet goals, track deadlines, and support team objectives.
- Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking to answer member questions, navigate care options, and resolve issues objectively and rapidly.
