We're looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our Lamination Team . If you take pride in your work, enjoy hands-on manufacturing, and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Laminator, you'll play a critical role in building the foundation of every Sea Fox boat. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure every hull, deck, and component meets our high standards.
Use rollers to remove air bubbles and smooth seams on decks, hulls, and fiberglass components.
Apply precut fiberglass materials to prepared molds.
Smooth and position fiberglass layers by hand and with specialized tools.
Mix catalysts and resins according to specifications.
Saturate fiberglass cloth and mats with resin mixtures.
Apply multiple layers of fiberglass and resin to achieve required thickness and strength.
Inspect work throughout the lamination process to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Has strong attention to detail.
Demonstrates a dependable work ethic and excellent attendance.
Works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Thrives as part of a team.
Is comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility.
Previous fiberglass lamination experience.
Boat manufacturing or marine industry experience.
Experience working with resins, fiberglass, or composite materials.
Understanding of manufacturing safety practices.
$15+ per hour, depending on experience.
