Job Description
The Plumbing Manager oversees customer relations, project execution, scheduling, and team support for plumbing service and construction work. This role manages small bid projects from start to finish, coordinates materials and scheduling, supports technicians and installers in the field, and ensures accurate documentation and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The Plumbing Manager serves as a central point of contact between customers, field staff, and internal departments to keep projects organized, on time, and aligned with company standards.

Work Environment
This role operates in a mixed office and field-support environment, working closely with dispatch, technicians, installers, and other trades. You will regularly use computers, scheduling systems, work order software, email, tablets, and other digital tools to manage projects, schedules, and documentation. The position involves coordinating shop inventory and materials, supporting job site activities, and maintaining organized scheduling tools such as whiteboards and SFO. Work hours follow standard business operations with the need to respond to shifting priorities and changing job requirements. The role supports active construction and service job sites where adherence to safety expectations and company procedures is essential, and where practical, work-appropriate attire suitable for office and occasional field or shop interaction is required.Exp
