Benefits * We cover 95% of Health & Medical insurance * Dental coverage * 401(k) plan * Paid time off * Growth opportunities * Family-owned and operated environment * Long-term job security * Relocation bonus for the right fit Responsibilities * Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership standards * Test-drive vehicles and inspect components/systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment * Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including: * Engine * Transmission * Electrical steering * Suspension * Brakes * Air conditioning * And more * Communicate findings clearly with the Service Advisor and provide time estimates for additional repairs * Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications Qualifications * 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred * High school diploma or equivalent * ASE Certification preferred * Ford Certification required * Prior experience at a Ford dealership strongly preferred * B-Level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair * Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to learn * Strong customer service skills and basic computer competency * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment * Willingness to learn new technologies, repair procedures, and specs * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
